High-Volume Drop Application
Most often, we require an IRS Determination Letter verifying your organization is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3). See sample determination letter. This document should list your nine-digit tax ID number. Depending on your specific nonprofit, the documentation requirements might be different. Upon successful submission, a copy of the application will be emailed to the contact person’s email address.
Applications typically take between 10-15 business days to be processed and we may reach out to the contact person for additional information. Approved accounts are charged a one-time, $25 account setup fee, which is deducted from the first check sent to your organization.
