Simply log in to your account online and select the “Donate to a Fundraiser” link to see a list of participating nonprofits currently raising funds through BottleDrop.

Only charities that have been approved as a 501(c)(3) organization by the IRS can apply for a fundraising account. This includes schools and churches.

Most often, we require an IRS Determination Letter verifying your organization is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3). See sample determination letter. This document should list your nine-digit tax ID number. Depending on your specific nonprofit, the documentation requirements might be different. Learn more on our application page.

We will deduct a one-time, $25 administrative fee from your first check request. Bags cost $2.00 for a roll of ten and a $0.40 processing fee is applied to each bag returned.

Fundraisers can drop off up to 10 bags each day without an appointment. We can schedule an appointment to drop up to 50 bags provided we have at least one week’s notice. Call (503) 542-5252 to request an appointment.

To access the money in a BottleDrop Give account, you will need to sign in to the account and request a check. Checks are processed and mailed within 10-15 business days.

Fundraiser Blue Bags can be purchased online in rolls of 10 and picked up at any BottleDrop Redemption Center. Simply sign into your fundraiser account at and click the “Purchase Supplies” tab. You can use a credit or debit card to purchase bags, or use account funds if available. You MUST purchase bags online before picking them up at a BottleDrop Redemption Center. Blue Bags cannot be paid for at BottleDrop Redemption Centers.

You can purchase up to 10 rolls of bags at a time (100 bags total). If you require more than 100 bags, please call in advance to make arrangements for pickup.

Your purchased Blue Bag credits are valid at any BottleDrop Redemption Center until collected. If one location runs out of inventory, the remainder of your order can be picked up at a different location or at a later time.

Yes. Up to 10 Blue Bags can be dropped at any BottleDrop. Please make an appointment to drop more than 10 bags at a time. Blue Bags are only available for pick up at our Redemption Centers.
