You can sign in to your BottleDrop account, check your balance, edit account information, search locations, review your bag history, get notifications for bag credits and account withdrawals, donate to a nonprofit, contact BottleDrop, and learn more about BottleDrop. Download the app.

Yes, you can manage notification settings by signing into your BottleDrop account online and clicking on “Change Communications” under the “Edit Account” tab.

Your app settings may be out of sync with the BottleDrop servers. Log out and log back into your account, and ensure that notifications are enabled under “Settings.” On iOS devices, also verify the app is allowed to receive notifications in the built-in “Settings” app.

BottleDrop only sends one notification per day when multiple bags are counted. You can check the status of each bag by clicking on “Bag History” under the “My Account” tab.
